To find out if there are tax reductions for companies or private individuals who donate money to French associations , the association has to be recognized by general interest by the French taxes office
Thus the procedure is:
1) Create an association in the prefecture of your french department
2) Contact the direction of the tax services of the department so that they can send the questionnaire to be able to judge your association (Your association can be considered as an association of general interest or absolutely useless? - that’ s the question)
It can be considered association of general interest in No matter what field (sports, music, art, humanitarian, entertainment …)
The first question is : Is the association a nonprofit organisation or is it working as a business? no possibilities to be considered as association of general interest if your associaiton works like a compagny.
3 possibilities :
The French tax’s article that will give you more information about tax reduction for compagnies that sponsor a French association is the section (article) 200 of the french tax code (version of agust 2008)

Here is a discussion taken from a travelling website about the roads of Kazakhstan …:
“In addition (…) I am telling you few advices for the Kazakhstan. Do not believe your maps, some main roads marked in red are good (or even perfect because there is new sections), but some are absolutely impassable. Avoid thoses if you can, except if you really want a lot of adventure and risks. On the bad roads, you can easily break your car very bad and end your trip in the middle of the steppes of Kazakhstan.
In all cases, consolidate your car and add very good suspensions dampers. Of course also protect the steel frame and the lower front of your car.
Some roads to avoid if you can (although as indicated in red on most major maps), we have not even taken our Landrover, because of the bad experiences of other travelers encountered and of information given by the locals:
* Atyrau-Aktobe (or Aktioubinsk on some maps):
in Aktobe, We met youths guys on the way to Ulan Bator (doing mongolrally) exhausted after that one of their rear shock absorbers have crossed their trunk and … after 17h non stop on the 300km route, by passing some huge holes up to 2m deep (!)
Even Michel of the association CCGHR described the route as one of the worst he had to during his trip up ‘To China, with “enormous bathtubs full of water
You have to check each before if you don’t to see your half of your car disapear inside…. .. It’s not conceivable for someone who has not seen or experienced. “
Aktobe-Uralsk: even the Kazakh people avoid this “road” and move by Russia despite the 2 times 3 or 4 hours of line at the border (until 6 am for people like us …) and over 200km.
* M32 road between Karabutak (200km to the east of Aktobe) and Kyzylorda, is in some places impassable if the weather is rainy, depending on whether or not you are limited in time for your trip, or if you can wait sometimes several days that the tracks becomes dry and practicable.
For the crossing by boat Azerbaijan -> Kazakhstan (Baku -> Aktau), do not hurry, there are about one per week, but the day of departure is rather uncertain.
As for the road after Aktau (besides the stretch Atyrau -> Aktobe I mentioned earlier), I have no idea how it is. ”
At least, it is quite clear … we will build bridges to move on until Mongolia
